Scoring Strategy:
- L2 samples ≥ 10 →
healthmode: base = real http=200 ratio × 100 - L2 samples insufficient →
protocol_onlymode: base = protocol pass rate × 100 × 0.7 (no paid key, max score 70)
Score Adjustments (health mode):
- 401 ratio > 30% → -10 (many auth failures)
- 4xx ratio > 50% → -15 (path/param errors)
- 5xx ratio > 10% → -8 (unstable backend)
- avg < 500ms → +3 (fast forwarding)
- avg > 3000ms → -5 (slow link)
- ≥ 3 brands with real success → +3 (multi-model coverage)
